About DOTS
Calculate your DOTS score to fairly compare powerlifting performance across different body weights and sexes.

DOTS (Dynamic Objective Team Scoring System) is a modern scoring system designed to fairly compare powerlifting performance across different body weights and sexes.

DOTS uses sex-specific polynomial coefficients to compute a coefficient from body weight, which is multiplied by your total to produce a comparable score.
